Ten contestants from different regions will compete to showcase the Best Sarawakian Cuisine in a reality competition that highlights the talents and skills of Sarawak natives in local culinary arts.

The challenge that all participants must face is the skill challenge to decorate Sarawak Laksa dishes in five minutes, by selecting the existing ingredients.

Raja Nyaman Ep01

Participants need to prepare noodles and "Limau Madu Sarawak" drink within 20 minutes. Then, they must correctly separate the egg whites and yolks in the next challenge.

Raja Nyaman Ep02

Dayang Zarifah, Said Omar, and Scully Vincent compete for immunity. Zarifah wins the skill challenge and prepares Tumpik Lemantak and Fresh Seafood Dish. She wins, advancing to the quarter-finals.

Raja Nyaman Ep03

Raja Nyaman show with Cef Imelda in Miri features three blue group contestants aged 38-49 challenged to peel garlic without a knife and prepare Umai Obor-Obor. Lenny wins.

Raja Nyaman Ep04

Raja Nyaman show with Cef Imelda at Gua Longhouse, Miri, 3 red group contestants are challenged to clean fish and prepare Ikan terung (asam) Dayak dish. Irfan wins.

Raja Nyaman Ep05

In this episode, Cef Imelda and Cef Chris Wan test three participants. Omar wins challenges to peel shallots and prepare coconut shoot dishes. Dayang uses immunity.

Raja Nyaman Ep06

Cef Imelda & Cef Chris test Safiyya, Bakhtiar & Lenny in bamboo shoots & dried chili challenge. Bakhtiar wins.

Raja Nyaman Ep07

EP 8 Raja Nyaman, Cef Imelda and guest judge Cef Chris Wan test 3 contestants Fabian, Hanan Hafizah, and Mohd Irfan. They assess sensory skills and cooking.

Raja Nyaman Ep08

Participants tested on knowledge, cutting, cooking. Bakhtiar advances to semifinals, Hanan & Dayangku eliminated.

Raja Nyaman Ep09

Cef Imelda tests Irfan, Said Omar, and Lenny's skills in splitting bamboo and symmetrically cutting chicken. Irfan wins the first challenge.

Raja Nyaman Ep10

Cef Imelda and Chef Chris test skills of 4 participants at CW Cooking Studio. Irfan and Lenny win egg and meat challenges.

Raja Nyaman Ep11

In the semifinals, Irfan and Lenny peeled matoa fruit by hand. Lenny won. They then prepared dishes using the peeled fruits and cooked food in 25 minutes.

Raja Nyaman Ep12

Irfan and Lenny compete in the final round of Raja Nyaman. In the last challenge, Irfan cooked earlier than Lenny. Irfan wins with his turmeric fish dish and sambal.
