Five unrelated people who received organ transplants from the same mysterious donor suddenly gain supernatural abilities. The five assemble a superhero team called ‘HI-FIVE’. However, a cult leader who received the pancreas transplant, obtains the ability to absorb the life energy of another. He plots to take the powers of the HI-FIVE and become omnipotent.
